Current Positions Available
1. Admin Executive (Customer Service/Marketing) (Perm/Contract)
We are currently looking for an excellent candidate who:
- Enjoys working with teenagers and young adults.
- Is a responsible, energetic team worker. Our current team consists of a fun bunch of 20 year-old undergrads and they want someone they can click with!
- Thrives on challenges and delivers quality work with pride.
Your Roles and Responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative and operational support for our teaching staff.
- Providing customer service for existing students and parents.
- Handling new enquiries on classes and follow up on leads.
- Extensive training will be provided by our trainers to equip you with useful skill sets that will prove invaluable in your future career.
- Depending on your existing skill sets and talents, you will also be involved in our marketing and advertising efforts, in both print and digital media including Facebook, corporate blogging etc.
- 6-/9-/12-month contracts available. Perfect for candidates planning for further studies after serving out this contract.
- Location: Bugis Village/Parkway Parade
2. Admin Assistant (Weekend)
We are currently looking for an excellent candidate who:
- Is a current student at any local universities (including private ones) or polytechnics
- Is a customer-oriented individual who excels in providing excellent service
- Is a responsible, sociable person who is able to click with our existing team
Your Roles and Responsibilities will include:
- Collection of lesson fees, processing student registration and other administrative duties
- Providing our teaching staff with administrative and logistics support
- Handling phone calls from existing students/parents as well as new enquiries
- Training will be provided by our trainers for you to be familiar with our equipments, workflow and software systems.
- 6-/9-/12-month contracts available. Perfect for current students looking for a regular weekend job. Candidates with previous relevant experience will be given priority and higher rates.
